Details of the seller

The seller of the products is Premium Sport Ltd . (Address: 1033 Budapest, Szőlőkert u. 4.; Email: clothing@heavytools.info; EU Vat. no: HU-14101087 webshop@heavytools.info).

Feedback of the order:

The Black-Snow Ltd. sends a feedback of the shipment of the ordered products at least 3 days after the order is received. If the ordered products are out of stock, the Black-Snow Ltd keeps its right of rescission.

Right of rescission:

Black-Snow Ltd. offers right of exchange for every products, ordered from the Heavy Tools webshop. In case of rescission, the buyer has to send back the products to the seller’s address in 8 days after delivery. In case of reconveyance we need the original invoice, and the products must be in their original packing. We exchange the products, or we pay back their prices. In that case, the seller have to pay back the product’s price in 30 days.

The seller can ask for an indemnification if he sustains injury of the inadequate use of the product.

When the buyer uses its right of rescission, he must pay for all the charges which are related to send back the product. Important! Please check the packing and shipment in all cases, before underwriting the receipt of delivery, because otherwise we cannot accept any reclamation concerning missing products.
