- What are the available payment methods?

If you choose this method, we will forward you to our Partner Bank's secured website, where you will be asked to insert you credit card no., address, etc.. After that you submitted the order, you only have to wait the delivery of the products.
- What is the price of the delivery? The price depends on the value of the order and the country of destination, in accordance with the following table:
If your order value exceeds 800 Eur, send us your order, and we will contact you to discuss the details of shipment.

- How will I get the ordered products? The shipment will be delivered in 4-10 days to the delivery address by GLS logistics service.
- What can I do if I don't get the ordered products within 10 days? Please contact our customer service: webshop@heavytools.info.
- What can I do if I have chosen the wrong size? Please contact our customer service at the latest 3 days after delivery, where you can discuss the possibilities of returning and changing the ordered products. If the return and change is possible, than please send back the unused product, in it's original package to our address by your charge, and we will send you the replacing product by return of post. If the product cannot be changed and the problem cannot be solved this way, than please send back the unused product in it's original package to our address, and we will transfer your money back the given account.
